The Role
Activities AssistantYou will help plan and deliver engaging sessions that could include art, music, sensory play and life skills. You will work closely with our team to ensure every individual feels included, valued, and supported in achieving their personal goals.
Key Responsibilities – Activities Assistant
- Assist in planning and running group activities
- Support individuals with varying needs, ensuring dignity, respect, and fun
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
- Communicate effectively with participants, families, and the team
- Promote independence, creativity, and participation
You will perform office-based administrative tasks such as managing emails, answering phones and filing.
Key Responsibilities – Admin Assistant
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries professionally
- Maintaining accurate records, documents, and filing systems
What We’re Looking For
- Enthusiasm, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting others
- Experience working with individuals with complex care needs / working in a Care Office environment (desirable but not essential training will be provided)
