Working in Domiciliary Care and fed up of driving for half the day? We support young adults with neurological disorders and learning disabilities in the local community. The goal is to support young adults in the local community to have a happy and valuable life experience, and for the team to have passion for the work they do.

Due to extra workload, we are looking for a Part-time Care Assistant / Support Worker to join the team based around Crawley to work 2-3 days per week on a rota basis across Monday to Sunday. With us, during your shift, you will support just ONE CLIENT, enabling them to reclaim their lives, promote their independence, supporting them to develop and achieve their goals and empower them to plan for their future.

All the clients supported have individual personalities and skillsets albeit with a range of neurological disorders and complex needs. You will support them with a wide range of activities on a daily basis rather than the traditional task-focused care service other providers offer. (Full training will be provided)

THIS IS NOT A ROLE WHERE YOU WILL HAVE TO VISIT MULTIPLE CLIENTS IN A DAY; the company offers a wraparound service that enables you to get to know your client and make a real difference to their lives. This includes supporting them in securing their first jobs, moving into their own homes, making friends, and much more.

We are seeking individuals with:

  • Ability to provide care with compassion and empathy.
  • Have the right to work in the UK (Sponsorship is not available).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
