About the job

My client is an award-winning care company that supports young adults with neurological disorders and learning disabilities in our local community. Their goal is to support young adults to have a happy and valuable life experience and for their team to have passion for the work they do.

Their mission is not just to provide exceptional care but to instil a passion for the work they do in the team. They are looking to recruit a Waking Nights Support Worker to the team, working with one of their exceptional service users in their own home.

This role will see you working a waking nights role 2-3 nights per week including Saturday night (10pm until 8am) and as such you will be supporting with personal care, administering medication and monitoring during sleeping time. Full training will be provided.

We are seeking an individual with:

  • A fun and happy outlook on life.
  • Previous experience in care or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to provide care with compassion and empathy.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Valid UK driver's license and reliable transport.

Pay rate £14.45 per hour (Enhanced rates for overtime & bank holidays).
