You will be supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs, enabling them to live as independently and fulfilling lives as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting individuals with daily living activities and companionship
- Administering medication and monitoring health conditions
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment
- Accurately recording care provided and reporting any changes
- Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals
- Using IT systems to document and manage care
Working Hours:
Part time and full time guaranteed contracted hours are available, providing you with stability and security in your role
We have a variety of shifts available and working alternate weekends is essential
Requirements:
- Male and females are welcome
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car is desirable (option to drive service users car)
- Non driving roles are also available
We're looking for positive, caring individuals with a dependable attitude and a willingness to learn and develop within the role.
