We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join our growing team in a brand-new supported living tenancy in Northwich. We are currently recruiting dedicated and flexible Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care within customers’ homes. No previous care experience is required, as full, paid training will be provided.

What We’re Looking For
- A positive, caring, and dependable attitude
- Willingness to learn and develop within the role
- Full UK driving licence, own vehicle, and business insurance (preferred)
- Non-driver roles are also available
Hours & Pay
£12.93 per hour
Overtime rates: Weekday: £14.18 per hour Weekend: £14.43 per hour
We offer a variety of shift patterns, including:
- Early shifts
- Late shifts
- One-to-one support
- Waking nights
Guaranteed contracted hours are available, providing you with stability and security in your role.
Additional Information
- Full-time and part-time contracts available
- Alternate weekend working is required
- Flexible pay options (weekly or monthly)
- Mileage contribution and paid travel time (where applicable)
