  • Develop new features for the system by developing models, tools, and processes throughout the full engineering lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the team and Project Manager to manage technical risks.
  • Liaise with stakeholders on technical matters.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2‑3 years of experience in developing UAV, UXV, autonomous systems, or aerospace technologies, covering both system architecture and product development.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, with a first‑principles approach to problem‑solving and an understanding of the full engineering lifecycle.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK with the ability to obtain full security clearance.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Technical Expertise: Model‑based design (MBSE, Simulink, UML, SysML), embedded software systems, and simulation of complex dynamic systems.
  • Autonomous Systems & Robotics: Experience with UAVs, UXVs, PNT systems, flight controllers, and robotics sensors (IMU, GPS/GNSS, LIDAR, RADAR, Cameras).
  • Industry & Work Environment: Background in defence/aerospace, start‑ups, or small teams requiring adaptability and problem‑solving.
