Apply as a Community Teaching Facilitator

We are looking for 2 full‑time positions (38 hours a week) and 1 part‑time position (22.8 hours a week) based in High Wycombe, working mainly Monday, Thursday and Friday (flexible). The role is term‑time only (39 weeks per year).

Responsibilities

Support young people aged 16‑25 with learning disabilities and autism to acquire life skills, from using public transport to managing money. Work in our High Wycombe base and in the community, using creativity, compassion and a person‑centred approach to bring learning to life.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A UK manual driving licence.
  • GCSE Grade C/4 (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  • Term‑time only commitment (39 weeks per year).
  • Hours: 22.8 or 38 per week (Mon‑Fri, 9:00–16:36).
  • Up to 3 weeks of training during holiday periods.

No experience is required; full training will be provided.
