Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive wholesale growth and profitability for Arch4.
- Manage the wholesale team and oversee all aspects of the wholesale business, including sales, marketing, and operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale partners, including department stores, speciality retailers, and boutiques.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing programs to support wholesale partners and increase brand awareness.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products to wholesale partners.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels at wholesale partners.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage wholesale budgets and forecasts.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and identify potential new wholesale partners.
