Role Summary and Purpose
Responsibility of administration support to Maidstone and London claims team in line with Arch claims philosophy and values. Report to Claims Team Manager on claims volume trends/significant claims as required.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Review and manage Claims Mailbox
- Distribution of claim portfolio
- Claims Management Review of diary management
- Bordereaux management and processing
- Claim settlement processing under the authority of the claim manager
- Manage internal reporting to London claims team
- Interaction and support of claims management as required
