About the Role

Arch Systems is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our rapidly scaling team and help guide our customers in successfully implementing our impactful solutions. In this role, you will own and drive deployment-related programs across our customer base. This role does not require you to be highly technical, but it does require you to be able to work comfortably in a technical environment—coordinating cross-functional teams, driving timelines, managing risks, and ensuring clear communication across customer stakeholders and internal engineering/product teams.

What You Will Own & Drive

  • Own end-to-end deployment execution across multiple customer accounts and timelines, including new site implementations, customer onboarding, and connector development rollouts.
  • Build and manage project plans that align customer goals, internal resourcing, technical dependencies, and delivery milestones.
  • Track and coordinate technology deployments with our customers and partners on a global scale.
  • Drive structured kickoff, requirements gathering, implementation, validation, and go-live processes—ensuring consistent execution and high-quality outcomes.
  • Coordinate our efforts between our customers and engineering teams by prioritising deployment needs, tracking open questions/issues, and ensuring timely resolution of technical and product blockers.
  • Maintain clear project documentation (status, risks, decisions, timelines, scope changes) and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and customer leaders.
  • Partner closely with Technical Account Managers, Sales Engineers, Account Managers, and Applications/Engineering teams to deploy successful rollout and end-to-end solutions across the Arch product stack.
  • Lead retrospectives and continuously improve deployment playbooks, templates, checklists, and operating cadence to improve team efficiency and customer experience.

What You Bring to The Table

  • 3–5 years of project management experience in a SaaS company, manufacturing technology company, or customer-facing technical environment with a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
  • Experience managing cross-functional programs that involve external customers and internal engineering/product stakeholders.
  • Comfort operating in technical conversations (connectivity, integrations, data flows) and translating those details into clear project plans and action items.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, including the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and drive accountability.
  • Experience with Project Management methodologies (Agile, hybrid Agile/waterfall, or similar) and Project Management Software.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent industry experience).
  • Understanding of cultural sensitivity and ability to collaborate with teams in Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Experience supporting deployments in discrete manufacturing environments (electronics or other discrete manufacturing).
  • Experience coordinating integration work across systems (e.g., APIs, data pipelines, ERP/MES context) even if you are not the person implementing it.
  • Experience developing repeatable rollout processes/playbooks for onboarding new customers and expansion within existing.
  • Strong customer-facing presence and ability to run meetings that include both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • PMP Certification.
  • Experience with the Smartsheets platform.
  • Additional language proficiencies.
