Our client already holds a huge presence in the residential care sector and is rapidly growing, specialising in residential homes for children who are supported with learning disabilities. Recently receiving astounding record Ofsted ratings across their homes, they are dedicated to going the extra mile and providing the best support in the industry thus now aiming for 'Outstanding' across all homes.

Good news! My client is looking for a Childrens Registered Manager who will continue to drive that passion within 2 of their homes in the Lewisham and Greenwich area.

Salary up to £75,000 per annum - plus bonus up to £6,000 for Ofsted ratings and capacity per home.

Childrens Registered Manager will support staff, to promote independence, encourage recreational activities both within and outside the community and advocate for your service users.
