Our client already holds a huge presence in the residential care sector and is rapidly growing, specialising in residential homes for children who are supported with emotional and behavioural needs. Recently receiving astounding record Ofsted ratings across their homes, they are dedicated to going the extra mile and providing the best support in the industry thus now aiming for ‘Outstanding’ across all homes.
Good news! My client is looking for a Childrens Team Leader who will continue to drive that passion within the team of their solo provision home in the Herne Bay area – We would love to speak with you, there’s no harm in a phone call!
Childrens Team Leader will support staff, to promote independence, encourage recreational activities both within and outside the community and advocate for your service users.
