The predicted salary is between 26000 - 36400 € per year.

Salary: 26,000 per annum (plus opportunity for overtime)

Location: Clacton-on-Sea, CO15

Our client already holds a presence in the children's residential care sector and is rapidly growing, specialising in children with complex support needs such as challenging behaviour linked to removal from family home due to abuse, neglect or trauma. Recently receiving 'Good' ratings from Ofsted, they are dedicated to going the extra mile and providing the best support in the industry, thus now aiming for 'Outstanding' rating from Ofsted upon their next inspection.

Residential Support Worker will work with management for the best interest of children and young people supported with EBD.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience at Residential Support Worker Level within Ofsted residential children's home (Essential)
  • MUST ALREADY HOLD OR BE WILLING TO WORK TOWARDS LEVEL 3 IN RESIDENTIAL CHILDCARE OR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE
