The predicted salary is between 65000 - 71000 £ per year.

Salary: Up to £71,000 per annum (plus bonus for Ofsted ratings/capacity)

Our client holds a significant presence in the residential care sector and is rapidly growing, specialising in residential homes for children with emotional and behavioural needs. They have recently received outstanding Ofsted ratings across their homes and are dedicated to providing the best support in the industry, aiming for 'Outstanding' across all homes.

The Childrens Registered Manager will support staff, promote independence, encourage recreational activities both within and outside the community, and advocate for service users.
