The predicted salary is between 75000 - 81000 £ per year.

Salary: £75,000 per annum (plus bonus for Ofsted ratings/capacity up to £6,000 per home)

Location: Forest Gate, East London, E7

Our client already holds a presence in the residential care sector and is rapidly growing, specialising in residential homes for children who are supported with emotional and behavioural needs. They are dedicated to going the extra mile and providing the best support in the industry, thus now aiming for "Outstanding" across all homes.

We are looking for a Childrens Registered Manager who will continue to drive that passion within 2 of their established homes in the Northolt and Southall area. Good news! There is no harm in a phone call to discuss this role further.

Responsibilities
  • Support staff to promote independence, encourage recreational activities both within and outside the community, and advocate for service users.

Qualifications
  • Minimum Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent (Essential)
  • Previous experience at Childrens Registered Manager level within an Ofsted regulated residential childcare setting (Essential)
