Our client already holds a huge presence in the parental assessment sector and understands the importance of continued care. They have now opened supported housing to provide follow-on residential care for their assessed families. They are going the extra mile and provide residential family-based support to low-risk families to break the cycle and keep families together.

Located in Ilford, Essex, IG1.
The Case Manager will work closely with families, assessing and implementing placement plans to promote, strengthen and develop parenting skills.
Home recently renovated and refurbished to a very high specification.
