Arch Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a dedicated and skilled Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations across 3 areas - press, machining and fabrication. Ideally, suitable candidates will have experience in all 3 areas. They will possess strong mechanical knowledge, ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and safely.
This role requires the ability to lead a team, manage resources effectively, and maintain high standards of quality.
Role responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of shop floor personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor, control, and review all aspects of manufacturing processes to meet despatch deadlines.
- Co-ordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure the timely delivery of components.
- Develop and implement new ideas, working methods, and production techniques.
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upgrading of production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Work closely with all personnel to ensure quality standards are attained across all production areas.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
