Currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Setter for a Manufacturing company based in Derby. This would suit a candidate with experience Setting and Operating Lathes or Milling machines and ideally have some manual experience.
Role responsibilities:
- Setting and operating machines such as DMG Mori and Star Sliding Heads.
- Working with Fanuc and Heidenhain software.
- Checking your own work and completing one offs and small batch work for various industries.
Role requirements:
- Experienced CNC Setter with experience on various Turning or Milling machines including DMG Mori and Star Sliding Heads.
- Experience with Fanuc and Heidenhain software is essential.
- Completed one off and small batch work as well as working to tight tolerances.
- Some experience working with manual Bridgeport machines and Manual Presses would be advantageous.
