Accounts Assistant Coventry £14.00 – £15.00 per hour Day shift Permanent Role Arch Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant for a Manufacturing company based in Coventry. This is a position suited to candidates with experience within an Accounts team and comfortable within a fast-paced environment. Role responsibilities – * For the role of Accounts Assistant, you will be involved within various areas such as Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, and Payroll. * You will be supporting the Finance Manager, and this will be a varied position. * Processing payments and ensuring correct allocation as well as forecasting and planning all supplier payment runs will be required for the Accounts Assistant role. * This will be a fast paced and high pressured role, therefore the ability to work well within a team is a must. Role requirements – * You will be experienced within Purchase/Sales ledger and payroll for the role of Accounts Assistant. * A strong knowledge of Excel/IT packages is required. * For the role of Accounts Assistant, experience with Macros would be highly beneficial but not essential to be considered.
