Leading the implementation of the arch.law law technology strategy with lead responsibility for the effective management and delivery of the arch.law technology platform, systems and applications. Working directly with functional teams to provide support and training to Members across the arch.law business.

Main Responsibilities

1. User platform access

New Member set up

  • Own thetech set upprocess for new members following contract completion.
  • Arrange and coordinate:
  • IT setup
  • Actionstepaccess and trainingplus import of member to matters
  • Dashboard setup
  • Arch Collaborate/Viva/TPA demonstrations
  • Set up on panels and portals
  • Ensure alltechnology tasksarecompleted,and members are operational.

Leaver removals

  • Manage member exits and offboarding activities.
  • Remove access from relevant suppliers and systems.
  • Coordinate closure of accounts and licences.
  • Ensure records are updated following departure.

MSP

Primary internal owner forMSP contract.Responsibilities include:

  • Own the day-to-day relationship with Everything Tech (ET).
  • Manage ticket logging,escalationand resolution.
  • Attend and lead weekly service review calls.
  • Review and approve ET invoices.
  • Act as escalation point for unresolved issues.

Actionstep

  • User setup and permissions.
  • Member onboarding and training.
  • Workflow implementation and updates.
  • Coordination withActionstepsupport.
  • Testing and deployment of improvements.
  • Supporting members on best practice use.
  • Identifyingsystem enhancements.
  • Reviewing new features and communicating opportunities to members.

Own the application estate including:

Activitiesinclude:

  • Licence allocation.
  • User creation and removal.
  • User permissions.
  • Deployment coordination.
  • Renewal management.

3. Management of Technology Support

Coordination and Support

  • Act as primary contact for all staffand MembersregardingIT and systems issues.
  • Triage requests before escalation to ET.
  • Coordinate resolution of technical issues.
  • Track recurring problems andidentifyimprovements.

HardwearProcurement

  • Order IT equipment and peripherals.
  • Ensure equipment is delivered to the correct individuals.
  • Coordinate replacements and upgrades when necessary.

M&A

  • Project manage IT dimensions of a transaction
  • Data migrations asrequired
  • Hardware upgrades
  • Software transitions asrequired

4. Training

Training and knowledge sharing

  • Deliver onboarding training.
  • DeliverActionsteptraining.
  • Support central team training.
  • Create and update guidance documentation whererequired.

5. Budgets

IT Budget Management

  • Track software and support costs.
  • Support supplier negotiations and cost management.
  • Provide information and recommendations on operational spend.
