Role Details
We are looking for a motivated and highly organised individual to join our busy legal practice based at Northlight Estates, Brierfield.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am–5pm
Location: Office-based, Northlight Estates, Brierfield
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and providing initial client support
- Preparing and issuing quotes
- File opening and set-up
- Preparing and sending invoices
- Maintaining and updating spreadsheets
- Liaising with agents, referrers, and developers
What We’re Looking For
- Professional, punctual, and driven
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Previous experience in the legal field is welcome but not essential
