Senior Finance Manager
Reporting to: Finance Director
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 Plus Bonus and Benefits
The Role
As Senior Finance Manager, you will act as the right hand to the Finance Director, taking ownership of day‑to‑day financial leadership while shaping operational and commercial decision‑making across the group. This is a role for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, leading people with confidence, and partnering with non‑finance colleagues to drive performance.
You’ll lead a well‑established team, strengthen controls, elevate reporting quality, and ensure the business has the financial insight it needs to grow sustainably.
Key Responsibilities
Financial & Operational Strategy: Partner with the Finance Director to shape and execute financial and operational plan.
Standard Costing Implementation: Lead the rollout and embedding of a robust standard costing model.
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a high‑performing finance team.
Inventory Management: Oversee stock, WIP, and inventory accuracy across the group.
