The Role
As Senior Finance Manager, you will act as the right hand to the Finance Director, taking ownership of day‑to‑day financial leadership while shaping operational and commercial decision‑making across the group. Key Responsibilities
- Financial & Operational Strategy: Partner with the Finance Director to shape and execute financial and operational plan.
- Standard Costing Implementation: Lead the rollout and embedding of a robust standard costing model.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a high‑performing finance team.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock, WIP, and inventory accuracy across the group.
