The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced in-house legal professionals to join our growing network of Fractional General Counsel. As a member of arch.law, you will work with a portfolio of dynamic clients across sectors, providing strategic legal advice and operational support tailored to their stage of growth and commercial ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted legal advisor to SME and high-growth clients, often serving as their de facto General Counsel.
- Provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice across a range of areas including corporate governance, commercial contracts, employment, data protection, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Support clients through key growth milestones such as fundraising, international expansion, M&A, and strategic partnerships.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business models and aligning legal strategy with commercial goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an in-house General Counsel or senior legal counsel, ideally with exposure to multiple sectors.
- Strong generalist legal skills with the ability to advise across a broad range of business issues.
- A commercial mindset and the ability to balance legal risk with business opportunity.
- Experience working with or advising SMEs, startups, or scale-ups.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
