Arch Insurance is seeking a proactive and highly driven PMO and Value Management Lead to strengthen how Arch Insurance International prioritises, governs and measures its transformation investment, while also operating as Programme PMO Lead for one of Arch International’s large delivery programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Split focus approximately 50/50 between supporting programme delivery through strong PMO governance, reporting and control.
  • Lead the Portfolio & Value Management function, owning portfolio‑level processes, tooling and reporting, and ensuring value is defined, measured and realised in line with approved business cases and OKRs.
  • Line‑manage a small team of two, covering general PMO management and governance reporting, and Portfolio Financials (cost and benefits management).

Qualifications

  • Significant prior experience in PMO management, including PMO line management and hands‑on PMO support of large projects/programmes.
