Responsibilities
- Communicate with underwriters to ensure the smooth operation of Exposure Management services within the business.
- Communicate with the outsource team to answer queries and ensure the timely and accurate capture of risks into our systems.
- Augment data where the quality is poor to improve the accuracy of our key metrics.
- Maintain the accuracy of the exposure database.
- Run reports for pre and post-bind accounts, and assist with portfolio analysis.
- Assist with the development of key class processes and analytics.
- Work with other members of Exposure Management to ensure cross-class collaboration.
- Workflow monitoring where required.
- Assisting other members of the Exposure Management team if required.
