Role Summary And Purpose
Provide administration support to the Maidstone and London claims team in line with Arch claims philosophy and values. Report to Claims Team Manager on claims volume trends and significant claims as required.
Key Tasks And Responsibilities
- Review and manage the Claims Mailbox.
- Distribute claim portfolio.
- Manage claims diary and oversee diary management review.
- Process bordereaux.
- Process claim settlement under the authority of the claim manager.
- Prepare and manage internal reporting to the London claims team.
- Interact and support claims management as required.
