Role Purpose
The Change Lead will play a critical role in shaping and delivering business change across the AINTL business.
Operating within the Process Excellence function, the role will ensure that change activities are structured, robust, and aligned to successful delivery and adoption of new processes, technology and tooling.
This role partners with senior stakeholders, programme managers, initiative owners and operational teams to understand the level of change impact, drive adoption, embed behavioural and process change.
Key Responsibilities
- Change Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans using PROSCI or equivalent methodologies.
- Lead change workstreams across complex, multi-year programmes to drive high levels of adoption and minimise resistance.
- Translate programme objectives into clear change impacts, readiness plans, and adoption strategies.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Identify key stakeholders and develop tailored engagement approaches.
- Facilitate change networks, working groups, and leadership forums to build sponsorship and advocacy.
- Create and deliver clear, compelling communications tailored to varied audiences across the organisation.
- Change Impact & Readiness
- Conduct change impact assessments, benefits assessments, and readiness reviews for new processes and systems.
- Partner with Process Excellence leads to ensure business processes are fully understood and embedded.
- Track and report on change readiness, adoption metrics.
- Training & Capability Development
- Work closely with Process & Operational Excellence to understand the level of training and documentation required.
- Engage with Learning & Development teams to design and deliver training materials, capability uplift plans, and user training programmes.
- Support leaders and managers in building their change leadership capability.
- Risk, Issues & Reporting
- Identify change related risks and barriers, proposing and executing mitigation actions.
- Maintain change plans, stakeholder maps, and dashboards for reporting at programme and steering group level.
- Provide expert advice on change governance, ensuring alignment with programme methodologies and controls.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- PROSCI Change Practitioner certification or equivalent, with proven application.
- Significant experience leading change management within large-scale, multi year transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of process improvement, lean methodology, operational change, and transformation best practice.
- Demonstrable experience facilitating workshops, driving engagement, and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience designing and implementing change strategies, communications, training, and readiness assessments.
Desirable
- Experience working within a Process Excellence, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement environment.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Experience in regulated or complex organisational environments.
- Background in digital transformation or system implementation programmes.
