In this role you will partner with Product Owners, Agile Delivery Managers and stakeholders to capture and translate business needs into functional specifications for insurance-focused applications. You will bridge business requirements with technical delivery in an Agile environment, supporting design, development, testing and implementation. You'll produce artefacts like user stories and process flows, ensuring solutions meet business outcomes. This position offers a chance to shape analysis practices while working with cross-functional teams to enable efficient, data-driven solutions.

Pay / Benefits

  • Elicit, analyse and document business requirements with product owners, stakeholders and end users.
  • Translate requirements into functional and non-functional specs (UI, reporting, integration, data).
  • Create user stories, process maps, workflows and acceptance criteria to support software delivery.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to align solutions with business outcomes.
  • Support testing with validated requirements through test scenarios and test cases.
  • Identify and manage requirements-related risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure common understanding.
  • Document current-state and future-state business processes.
  • Assist business users in investigating and resolving complex application and system issues.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and suppliers as needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of BA best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of BA processes and templates.

Tasks

  • Experience in the General Insurance or Regional Insurance sector.
  • Knowledge of SSP Pure.
  • Strong BA methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience gathering, analyzing and documenting requirements.
  • Good understanding of Agile and SDLC.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience producing user stories, process maps, workflows, functional specs and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong customer focus with support experience for business users and operational teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
