Company Overview

Arcesium is a global financial technology firm that solves complex data‑driven challenges faced by some of the world’s most sophisticated financial institutions. We constantly innovate our platform and capabilities to meet tomorrow’s challenges, anticipate the risks our clients encounter, and design advanced solutions to help our clients achieve transformational business outcomes. Financial technology is a high‑growth industry as change and innovation continue to disrupt the status‑quo and prompt major transformation. Arcesium is at a particularly interesting time in our own growth as we look to leverage our successfully established market position and expand operations in pursuit of strategic new business opportunities. We value intellectual curiosity, proactive ownership, and collaboration with colleagues, and we empower you to meaningfully contribute from day one and accelerate your professional development.

Position Summary

The Principal, Client Delivery amplifies their effectiveness by providing the senior client‑leadership layer that complex engagements demand.

Go‑Live and Transition Leadership: You recognize that the transition to production is a high‑stakes moment for client organizations and lead accordingly. You design hyper‑care plans that provide visible, steady support during the critical post‑go‑live period, building client confidence through responsiveness and transparency.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in enterprise software implementation delivery, with at least 5 years in a client‑facing leadership role where you were accountable for the outcome, not just the plan. Financial services or fintech strongly preferred.
  • Experience leading engagements with diverse stakeholder dynamics — where success required building alignment across stakeholders with different levels of enthusiasm, different priorities, and different relationships to the technology being implemented.
  • A track record of managing the transition from sales to implementation, aligning client expectations with delivery scope, and strengthening the client relationship.
  • Demonstrated commitment to documentation discipline, maintaining rigorous records of decisions, scope changes, and rationale.
  • Experience with data migration and legacy system transitions, leading clients through discovery phases with transparency and patience.
  • Comfort navigating organizational change on the client side, maintaining project continuity and stakeholder trust through leadership transitions and evolving priorities.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create multiple representations of the same information for different audiences.

What This Role Is Not

  • This is not a PMO role. You will not spend your days maintaining Gantt charts, running standups, or producing status reports.
  • This is a senior client‑leadership role where your primary value is judgment about organizational dynamics, stakeholder alignment, and engagement strategy.
  • This is also not a domain expert role. You are not expected to configure Arcesium or debug reconciliation breaks.
