- Fixing vessels for cargo and cargo for vessels.
- Handling a volume of 75 million metric tonnes of cargo trade.
- Securing market cargo and operating ships on spot as well as on medium to long term.
- Preparing quarterly and annual freight budget.
- Demonstrating good strategic thinking for efficient freight management.
- Negotiating contract terms for both voyage and time charter parties.
- Demonstrating sound knowledge of all routes in the world for dry cargo shipping.
Education:
- Degree preferably related to Maritime Industry.
Skills & Specifications:
- Good at Mathematics and negotiation skills.
- Sound knowledge of basic maritime contracts like charter parties.
- Good commercial sense and broking skills.
- Team player with good leadership qualities.

- Good connections with ship owners, cargo owners and brokers.

- At least 10 years' experience with dry cargo shipping at a senior level.

- Good at taking views on the world economy.
Languages:
- Sound knowledge of English and ability to communicate in English.
