Introduction
ArcelorMittal South Africa is looking to recruit Electrical Technicians responsible for providing specialist support and managing the following functional areas:
- Electrical distribution network – 11KV; 3.3KV, 525V; 380V – including transformers, panels, breakers, protection equipment, metering and cabling
- Electrical motors and controls
- Gas area installations
- Liaison with Eskom
- Responsible for SHERQ, work related
- Perform after hours standby duty
Qualification:
National Diploma (NQF 6/10) in Electrical Engineering
Experience and Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a maintenance environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Own reliable transport to attend to after-hour breakdowns
- Computer literate and have experience in MS Excel, MS Project, MS Word and SAP

- Highly motivated, customer and result orientated
