Compensation
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum + professional study support and company pension scheme.
Key Responsibilities
- Process all aspects of defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) membership administration.
- Allocate and verify work of other Pensions Administrators, ensuring accuracy and deadline compliance.
- Provide members with quotations within agreed deadlines.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of DB & DC administration, including benefit calculations, contracting‑out and Pension Freedoms.
- Produce stewardship reports on time.
- Write accurate written correspondence within deadlines.
- Maintain up‑to‑date processes and documentation, proactively challenge procedures to find improvements.
- Handle periodical and ad‑hoc administrative tasks and participate in ad‑hoc projects.
- Represent the company in new‑business exercises with external prospects and clients.
Qualifications & Experience
- Essential: DB pensions administration and manual calculations experience.
- Desirable: Some DC administration and project experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
