Role
The Pensions Analyst will gather and document requirements for projects, systems developments and client implementations, working closely with project managers and system developers to deliver high‑standard solutions.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document project and client requirements for delivery, systems development and implementation.
- Analyse data accurately to ensure data integrity.
- Provide clear and concise reporting of data analysis to clients.
- Contribute to project scoping, estimating effort and costs accurately.
- Complete client project work in line with proposal documents, meeting target dates and revenue objectives, and flag potential risks.
- Provide input for implementation project scoping and tender responses.
- Advise on system processes around data migration, calculation set‑up, image load and payroll reconciliation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong technical database knowledge and experience in database administration.
- Background in pensions administration or familiarity with defined contribution schemes is beneficial.
- Strong numeracy, communication and Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience in implementations, data analysis or business analysis is considered a bonus.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary up to £42,000 + professional study support and company pension scheme. Working week: 2 days in London office and 3 days working from home.
