Contract, minimum three months · £45,000–£55,000 pro rata · Hybrid: home and client site · Location open

This isn’t a live vacancy. We’re getting to know contract talent partners with a construction or design background now, so that when a client asks us to put someone into their team we already know who to call.

Arcavia places talent partners inside client businesses to run their hiring for a fixed period. The work runs across contractors, consultancies and design practices in the UK, Europe and the US. You’d sit within the client’s team, split between home and their site or office, and own a requisition load from brief to offer.

The work:

  • Taking briefs directly from project directors, commercial leads and studio heads, and turning each one into a search
  • Sourcing the hires yourself on LinkedIn Recruiter rather than waiting for applications to come in
  • Recruiting the roles these businesses run on: project and programme managers, planners, commercial and QS, bid managers, architects and designers
  • Keeping hiring managers and the client’s HR team clear on where every role stands, and reporting back to us so each engagement is measured

What you’ll bring:

  • Recruitment experience in construction or design. This one is essential.
  • In-house experience is preferred, ideally as a talent partner or TA lead inside a contractor, consultancy or practice. Agency experience in the sector counts too if you’re comfortable working within a client’s process and under their brand.
  • Confidence with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS
  • Availability for contracts of three months or more, with time split between home and client site

How it works:

Send us your CV and we’ll set up a conversation about your sector, location and availability. When a contract comes in that fits, we’ll start with the people we already know.
