What you will do:
- Designing world class buildings
- Lead collaborative design teams to establish effective project work plans with clear, achievable objectives and design intent.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of all design stages, guiding the team effectively through the development of design documents.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Your Qualifications:
- Experience leading architectural and interior architecture projects.
- Experience managing large-scale, complex projects and mentoring architects and designers.
- 10+ years of experience.
- Strong leadership, organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience negotiating project scope and fees.
