Arcas is partnered with an organisation that’s investing in strengthening its internal IT function. They’re looking for a Level 1 End User Support Engineer who enjoys being the first point of contact, keeping systems running smoothly, and supporting a hybrid environment across on-prem and cloud. This is a role for someone who wants ownership, structure, and the chance to build strong fundamentals across infrastructure, Microsoft 365, and device management. First-line support across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals Hardware, software, and basic network connectivity issues Supporting Windows and/or macOS plus common business applications Keeping an eye on on-prem and cloud servers for performance and availability User accounts, permissions, services, and escalating when needed Confident supporting Windows devices (macOS a bonus) Comfortable troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic networking Familiar with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or Azure AD/Entra ID
