A growing organisation is embarking on a multi‑year transformation programme that will modernise core systems, overhaul data foundations, and reshape how the business operates. I’m supporting them in hiring a Senior Project Manager who can take ownership of major workstreams and bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a complex, high‑visibility change agenda.
The Opportunity
You’ll lead the delivery of several business-critical projects, including:
- Implementation of a new finance system
- Delivery of a new property management platform
- A major data cleansing initiative and the creation of a new data lake
- Multi‑phase pilots, user feedback cycles, and process redesign
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and owning end‑to‑end project plans from vendor engagement through to implementation
- Managing complex data dependencies and driving data cleansing activity across the business
- Working closely with third‑party vendors, internal SMEs, and a Change Manager
- Establishing governance, RAID management, reporting cadence, and delivery discipline
- Navigating shifting priorities and helping stakeholders make informed decisions
- Providing clear, structured communication to senior leaders and programme governance forums
- Using Wrike (SaaS PMO platform) to support planning, reporting, and visibility
Essential experience:
- Proven track record delivering large, in‑house platform implementations (finance, ERP, property, or similar)
- Strong experience managing data‑dependent projects (data cleansing, migration, lakes/warehouses)
- Ability to work in low‑maturity or evolving PMO environments
- Vendor management experience across multi‑phase programmes
- Methodical approach (Prince2 Practitioner or similar) with the ability to flex when needed
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
