About the Role
As a Personal Support Worker, you will deliver high-quality personal, emotional, and social care that enhances residents’ dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Supporting mobility and safe transfers
- Assisting residents with meals and dietary needs
- Monitoring and reporting changes in health or behaviour
- Maintaining accurate documentation
- Working collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team
What We’re Looking For
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
- Passion for aged care and helping others
