About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care and achieve positive outcomes for residents, in line with Arcare’s values and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personal Care: Assisting residents with ADLs including showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming
  • Medication Administration: Administering medications as prescribed and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Health Monitoring: Observing, recording, and reporting vital signs and changes in condition
  • Wound Care: Providing basic wound care and dressing changes for minor wounds
  • Assessment & Reporting: Conducting assessments and documenting care via eCase, escalating concerns to the RN or healthcare team

What we’re looking for:

  • Current AHPRA Registration and Diploma of Enrolled Nursing
  • Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards
  • Adaptable, passionate, and eager to learn
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Friendly, clear, and effective communication abilities
