Arcan Capital is seeking a Groundskeeper/Punch Technician to maintain indoor and outdoor areas of our communities in Birmingham. The role focuses on resident-facing service, safety, and reliable maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor and available to cover days, evenings, weekends, and some on-call shifts. A background in facilities maintenance and a valid driver’s license are required.
