b Overview /b p As a Senior Wastewater Modeller, you will lead hydraulic modelling for wastewater networks within Arcadis’ Water Management team. You’ll deliver modelling studies across infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects, ensuring quality and regulatory alignment on UK schemes including AMP8 initiatives. You work closely with designers and cross-functional specialists to mitigate flooding and CSO spills while upholding standards. Your role combines technical excellence with collaboration and problem-solving to advance the team’s capabilities and project outcomes. This is an opportunity to shape resilient wastewater solutions within a leading environmental consultancy. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Deliver wastewater infrastructure and non-infrastructure modelling projects of varying scales /li li Review and verify wastewater models; oversee sewer network model build and verification; manage survey specifications /li li Develop strategic solutions to mitigate flooding and reduce CSO spills /li li Support designers during concept and detailed design stages /li li Resolve modelling challenges and contribute to the team’s technical expertise /li li Ensure reports, drawings, specifications and studies comply with standards and project requirements /li li Collaborate with other engineering and environmental disciplines to maintain project integrity /li li Liaise with Project Director/Manager and client to progress projects /li li Foster professional development and a collaborative work environment /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Expertise in hydraulic modelling for wastewater projects /li li Proficient in InfoWorks ICM /li li HADES knowledge would be advantageous /li li Competent in GIS software packages /li li Working towards membership of ICE or CIWEM /li li Experience in model quality assurance procedures /li li Advanced spreadsheet-based data analysis /li /ul ul li collaboration /li li proactive problem-solving /li li creative thinking /li li InfoWorks ICM /li li HADES (advantageous) /li li GIS software /li /ul
