Arcadis is seeking a Senior Workforce Planning Manager to lead EUK staffing and forecasting. You will drive 12-week demand forecasts, manage a team of Resource Planners, and partner with Service Directors and TA to ensure proactive talent deployment and optimal resource mix across accounts and sectors.
You will deliver data-driven insights on utilization, risk, and capacity, enabling proactive decision making and continuous improvement in workforce planning processes.
