Role DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity to work on multiple accounts within our Occupiers and Retail market sectors. This varied role focuses on both the delivery of significant capital projects and programmes and PMO governance for our major financial, legal, and retail clients. As part of our Programme and Project Management team, you\’ll help deliver iconic projects with excellent talent, delivering transformational outcomes for multiple clients daily. We create, support, and enhance smart, safe and sustainable places where people live, work, learn and thrive.
Role Accountabilities
Oversee the agreed scope of work and/or operational workload of a team or contractors, ensuring allocated work is completed and resources are fully utilised to deliver against the agreed programme.
Use established financial systems to produce plans and schedules, track and manage budgets, and highlight variances to control project delivery targets.
Deliver small to medium scale projects or programmes, ensuring appropriate use of resources and budgets to meet deadlines.
Present project risks or issues to senior managers to ensure the project is not adversely impacted, and ensure delivery to compliant standards.
Provide advice to colleagues on compliance processes, ensuring adherence to internal and external regulations.
Analyse and review data to identify key themes and trends; provide recommendations that support project decision‐making.
Review and analyse project processes and policies using industry best practice, offering recommendations for improvement.
Interact effectively across the organisation to support collaboration and meet internal customer expectations.
Advise senior management on project issues, providing subject‐matter advice to support successful delivery in line with objectives and strategies.
Liaise and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to keep all parties informed of progress and expectations.
Qualifications & Experience
Relevant experience in managing small to medium sized projects.
Commercial acumen and ability to manage relationships with external stakeholders.
Expert‐level expertise in project management.
Knowledge of own area managed and an understanding of wider programme and business.
Experience managing senior‐management level business relationships.
