Senior Product Manager - AI Studio (Scalable AI Solutions)

We are expanding our AI Studio with cross-functional teams dedicated to building AI-enabled products that strengthen and accelerate the services and software Arcadis delivers to clients. As a Senior Product Manager, you will define the product vision and strategy, align with our digital strategy, and shape the delivery approach for these AI solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring that what we build delivers measurable client impact, is technically feasible, and can scale across sectors and geographies.

The AI Studio plays a critical role in accelerating Arcadis's development and scaling of AI-enabled services and digital products, ensuring that emerging capabilities are translated into practical solutions that enhance delivery and create value across global markets. This role requires someone who is comfortable navigating a large corporate environment – proactive, resilient, and able to create structure where needed. You will introduce clarity, define pragmatic processes, and ensure teams operate with discipline and focus.

You will bring hands-on experience with AI and automation, knowing when and how to apply AI to improve our solutions and internal ways of working. Above all, you will bring entrepreneurial energy: a builder’s mindset, the ability to turn opportunities into tangible products, and the skill to craft a compelling vision and align stakeholders around it. Operating at the intersection of technology, business, and our global service lines, you will identify high-value opportunities and guide teams through discovery and delivery to ensure we solve the problems that matter most for our clients. You will collaborate closely with the digital technology leadership team to drive clarity, prioritization, and progress across the portfolio.

Role accountabilities

• Help constantly refine Arcadis’s AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities, client needs, and our digital strategy.
• Build and communicate a clear product vision and strategy grounded in client value, scalability, and differentiation.
• Lead an empowered, cross-functional product team through the full product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery and scale.
• Manage the innovation funnel, ensuring strong problem definition, evidence-based prioritization, and timely stop-or-continue decisions.
• Validate opportunities through client engagement and close collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Ensure data readiness, technical feasibility, and product scalability by partnering with UX, engineering, and data teams.
• Deliver AI-enabled products that meet Responsible AI standards and augment human expertise.
• Apply AI and automation to enhance team workflows, decision-making, and product delivery processes.
• Translate complex technical and domain insights into clear, compelling communication for senior stakeholders and clients.
• Champion a product-led, outcome-focused culture across teams and the broader organization.

Qualifications & Experience

Must-have

• Extensive experience in product management for digital or data-enabled products, ideally in B2B or enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI, with hands-on exposure to AI-enabled product development.
• Ability to partner with subject matter experts in deriving high-value solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-impact products from discovery through scale.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, with experience shaping product direction and making evidence-based decisions.
• Ability to translate complex technical and domain insights into simple, value-oriented product narratives.
• Experience working with AI-enabled products or data-driven solutions, including familiarity with concepts such as model evaluation, data governance, and cloud-based delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in Arcadis-relevant sectors such as water, energy, data centers, or life sciences.
• Familiarity with product analytics, experimentation, and value measurement frameworks.
• Experience working with external partners or ecosystems.
