Arcadis is seeking a Senior / Lead EHS Manager to lead the environmental, health, safety, and security strategy for a major data centre project in the Nordics. You will govern EHS standards across multinational contractor networks, drive a culture of care, and ensure protection of workers, the public, and Arcadis reputation.
You will operate from in-country bases with significant travel to Norway/Finland, align with Nordic EHS legislation, and report on performance metrics to executives.
