The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

We’re looking for an experienced Quality Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team. You will play a key role in the delivery of one of our biggest data centre construction projects in Finland.

The successful candidate will be based either 100% in country, or there will be significant international travel to Finland (11/3 rotations)

Role accountabilities:

Planning and Preparation

  • Take the lead on Quality Management for the Project, acting as interface between the Client and the Contractors Quality Teams

  • Direct on-site resources and ensure quality events and benchmarks are organised and results recorded in a timely manner

  • Prepare, develop and deliver the overall Quality Management Plan in compliance with the Owners specifications

  • Communicate all quality specifications to all service providers and the equipment manufacturers and integrators, the Specialty Package Contractors and the Commissioning Agent.

  • Establish project specific requirements in relation to Factory Witness Testing and manage the planning and execution of off-site quality activities.

Execution

  • Ensure all stakeholders are trained and aware of the process and monitor for compliance

  • Monitor and confirm that contractors Quality Control plans are in place and effective, and that quality standards meet the project contract requirements always.

  • Direct on site resources and ensure quality events and bench marks are organised and results recorded in a timely manner

Quality Culture

  • Promote a culture of Quality and train all operatives on Quality Culture as part of their initial induction to the construction project, this shall include off-site project team members such as integrator contractors.

  • Extensive experience in a Quality Manager role on major construction projects

  • Experience working on data centre/technology project experience preferred but not essential

  • Experience working in consultancy, general contractor or client-side environments
