This technical leadership role is pivotal in delivering some of the most complex and high-value (£500m+) multi-disciplinary highways projects in the UK and internationally.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Provide clear and decisive leadership across a portfolio of projects, setting the vision, direction, and standards for technical delivery, commercial success, and client satisfaction. Inspire teams to achieve excellence and deliver results.Portfolio Management: Direct and deliver a portfolio of infrastructure projects, ensuring consistency in execution, financial performance, and alignment with client expectations.Team Leadership: Manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a shared commitment to delivering complex projects. Lead by example, creating a culture of high performance.Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.Solution Delivery: Oversee teams, both locally and internationally, to deliver integrated, commercially viable solutions.
