We are looking for two Recruitment Administrators (6‑month fixed‑term contract, with potential extension) to join our Talent Acquisition team and support the delivery of a high‑volume internal hiring project. In this role, you will provide essential coordination and administrative support across the end‑to‑end recruitment process, helping to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Working as part of a global Talent Acquisition function, you will play a key role in enabling the team to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate recruitment data, and keep hiring processes moving at pace. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands‑on recruitment experience or build on existing administrative or coordination skills in a fast‑paced environment. Full training will be provided on our in‑house recruitment systems, alongside on‑the‑job support from the wider team.

Role accountabilities:

  • Supporting the shortlisting process by reviewing applications against defined criteria
  • Coordinating interview panels and communication with candidates and stakeholders
  • Maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance at all stages of the recruitment process
  • Acting as a key point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Chasing and collating feedback from hiring managers to keep processes progressing efficiently
  • Assisting with the preparation and management of offer documentation and onboarding administration
  • Managing a high volume of vacancies and prioritising effectively across multiple requirements
  • Ensuring recruitment processes are followed consistently and aligned with best practice, including data integrity and process compliance
  • Providing general administrative support to the recruitment team as required during peak activity periods

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in recruitment coordination, administration, or a similar support role, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A confident communicator, able to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels, with a high level of attention to detail when managing data and documentation.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and work comfortably with systems and data, including Applicant Tracking Systems (Desirable).
  • Fluent in English, with additional European languages advantageous, and brings a positive, collaborative approach with a strong focus on delivering a high‑quality service.
