Our Water Management team is seeking a Senior Wastewater Modeller. In this position you will develop wastewater models, manage key project aspects, and work closely with clients to expand Arcadis's project portfolio through strategic client interactions.

• Deliver wastewater infrastructure and non‐infrastructure modelling projects, managing tasks of various scales.
• Conduct technical reviews of models, oversee model build and verification of sewer networks, and develop solutions to mitigate flooding and reduce CSO spills.
• Provide support to designers at concept outline and detailed design stages.
• Review and enhance technical reports and presentations to uphold high‐quality standards.
• Resolve technical modelling challenges and contribute to advancing the team's technical expertise.
• Ensure project components, including reports, drawings, specifications, and studies, comply with relevant standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate closely with clients, ensuring they understand model outputs and processes.
• Support and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Assist with preparation of bids including narratives, cost estimates, and programmes.
• Coordinate project elements, managing resource allocation, quality assurance, subcontractor interactions, and client feedback.
• Work alongside specialists from other engineering and environmental disciplines to ensure project integrity.
• Liaise with the Project Director or Manager and the client to support project progress.
• Foster a collaborative work environment by actively supporting the professional development of both yourself and your team.

• Advanced expertise in hydraulic modelling for a range of wastewater infrastructure and non‐infrastructure projects.
• Skilled in team and stakeholder coordination and management.
• Proficient in InfoWorks ICM.
• HADES knowledge would be advantageous.
• Competent in using relevant GIS software packages.
• Chartered member of a relevant professional institution would be desirable (e.g., ICE or CIWEM).
• Proven experience in model quality assurance procedures.
• Strong report‐writing skills.
• Advanced abilities in spreadsheet‐based data analysis.
• Coding experience desirable.
