Our goal is to ensure clients maximize the value of their built assets while maintaining a clear understanding of associated risks. This role will predominantly involve TDD work across various building types, primarily within the commercial sector, alongside delivering core building surveying services.

  • Reporting and Accountability: Provide the Sector Director with quantifiable updates on the progress of each contract on a regular basis.
  • Mentorship and Team Development: Support the development of junior building surveyors through mentoring and supervision, fostering growth and technical knowledge within the team.

This role is ideal for a motivated, technically skilled professional looking for an opportunity to take ownership of projects, drive service excellence, and grow within a thriving team.
